Hi,

I live in Najafgarh and want to apply to Dwarka school for Nursery admission 2023 but not very sure which schools should I apply to and what is the selection process. I was earlier in Gurgaon and most of the schools use to have lottery system. I am looking for value based schools which have moderate fees.

My Child DOB is 21-Sep-2019, in which class he can be admitted in this session 2-23-24. What is the meaning of Preschool and Pre-primary ?

You child is eligible for Nursery for Session  2023-24.

Schools use different nomenclature.

Pre-School=Nursery= LKG (Min 3 yrs).

Pre-Primary=Prep=KG=UKG (Min 4 yrs).

VIS Sec 10 is quite sought after and has positive reviews for overall development.

GD Goenka Dwarka has mixed reviews.

Well, VIS Sec 10 is certainly among the premier cathedral (or one may easily regard among elites or among top-notches) within Dwarka. As Sakshi Ma'am had specified it is quite sought. 

In both the mentioned schools, you will can count on their focus on developing communication skills, personal attention is somewhat to an extend your ward may get, and academic wise VIS-10 stands far in longer run.

Now, if I need to go with my personal pick within Sec-10, I would recommend based on your given criteria:

VIS Sec-10 > Indraprastha International > Shree Ram World School (in elementary class your ward will definitely get better personal attention than those 2 you specified) > G.D.Goenka.

I am shifting from Dwarka to nearby Paschim Vihar. My kids are going to Indraprastha International Dwarka. Is there any possibility to transfer them Indraprastha Global Paschim Vihar?

If I have missed any name, please provide the same. Not interested in KR Manglam and Maxfort as they have huge charges

Rest for Indicative purpose, Indraprastha is most sought school overall followed by BGS among these schools.

BGS>>indraprastha>basava>Delhi INt>GDG>Central Academy

Summarizing current status of specified schools:

Nirmal Bhartia School Point Wise List: Click Here - 1st DOL is on 17th Jan 9AM (please call upon school reception during working hours to re-confirm the time). Note: Likely draw will be held for 44 Open Seats in NiBS because as per Points List, somewhat around 10 applicants has 100 points (so consider them as booked by default).

Basava - They will publish on 20th Jan , I hope you have read the school schedule on their school website. If not, here is the link (refer bullet#3 in the PDF).

Mount Carmel Sec-28: Currently, some issue on their weblink for Point PDF (as it is having port 4201 after school DNS). However this is what they published as of now: (Click here) So, I'm expecting they will fix this link address in sometime.

Mount Carmel Sec-22: Same issue as above for the issue with current published weblink for Points PDF. So, expect a change in link address.

MBS: Likely tonight they will publish. So far the school website is not updated with it.

Central Academy: Likely tonight they will publish. So far the school website is not updated with it.

Delhi International Sec-23 & Adarsh World: I couldn't locate now Points List on their respective school websites too. Likely they will also do it later tonight.
