    @sonal -- You should have no worries as nursery admissions is for kids who are 3+ so you have an entire year to really worry .. tc and you may post on this forum next year :-)

    High number of Transfer case looks fake. Also people with sibling and transfer is high. Looks suspicious. How is document verified letter head can be printed at Nehru Place of just Rs 500. Is company registered and document valid.

    Unable to understand..whether a transfer from noida to delhi will also qualify under this category ? If yes.. its more easy to get such letter from companies without even faking the documents.

    most inter state transfers are fake. Imagine submitting one letter with your admission form and get at par with alumni. Schools wouldn't have the required resources or bandwidth to check authenticity of inter state transfers but surely they can ask for more supporting docs to prove the same. Can't imagine every 10th kid is interstate transfer case..by that logic Delhi's population would have gone up 10% in a year at least..

    We have to meet the education minister about interstate transfer cases....and sure a transfer between NCR shouldn't be considered a transfer. I have spoken to a lawyer for a PIL and meeting him tom..

    Let's meet tom at LG office at 11.30 am to seek his intervention to weed out fraudulent Interstate transfer cases..1.he can issue guidelines for documentation prrof required to prove authenticity of the transfer. 2. He can issue guidelines to exclude NCR transfer as a transfer case..

    Most of the schools in south east delhi(KRM ,cambridge,Sumerfield,MIS,TIS,Bluebells,DPS RKP-MR,NGFS..Saket,alaknanda,BVN etc) will not even conduct draw for 70 pointers...Whatever seats vacated by TP will go to Alumni in waitlist...Only few schools will conduct for very less no.  of seats...We dont have any options...

    Next year our kids will be overage...and it will be more difficult to get in KG also....Cannot send a 3 yr old to NCR...to travel more than 30 kms every day..that too early in the morning...

    For this we should approach DOE ,LG explaining the depth of the current scenario...and request some school to start a second shift like The Indian School.I don't mind even if the session starts late by 1 month.

    @sakshiji by increasing the distance criteria we have there increased the number of applicants for the seats n every school thereby decreasing the probability of getting our children selected. That s the reason this time parents are getting depressed. Distance criterion 0-3=70pts, 3-6=50pts, 6-8=30pts would have reduced the number of applicants n every school thereby increasing the probability of admission in the schools which lie within 0-3km range.
