yesterday I spoke to Sr Advocate Nidhesh Gupta who is fighting the case of Transfer category in SC.
I am planning to meet him and discuss the rest IST parents who were not file the petition in HC , as this is wrong judgment that the people who went to court will only get justice and rest people wont...it seems both HC and SC judiciary want to drag this long and this way the lawyers both of HC and SC will make money in arranging hearing in different courts..
So I want all IST should come forward, if you are intersted then you can contact me..
