    Many thanks, Sir.

Sure, l surely can assist you.

For NiBS, if you have written before 12th February (2nd list date) to the school, feel free to resend the email and copy the principal secretary email address as she manages to forward the application to their management review board, her email address is sayori@nirmalbhartia.org. While you resend the email, mention that you are adding the email address as available on the school website contact page for admission related concern), and do visit the school to hand over the paper application to the reception (just tell at the reception politely that you know it will be duplicated but you are really looking after the admission in the school for your kid, and if she can take some pain to forward it).

Per my last conversation with Ms. Sayori Banerjee (the Secretary to the School Principal), they have invited the 2nd list candidates till 24th February and people who wrote an application after 2nd list, they may expect a call after 24th February. And if any Open General seats shall remain, they will publish the list on 6th March, 2020 (so you still have 2 shots), but in any case, do hand over the paper application.

Now, with respect to the schools you mentioned, I send my remarks in another discussion forum you had initiated. Please refer it.

    Wish you all the best.

    Regards,

    Snehil

Sir, I'm quite sure R D Rajpal won't ask for any capitation fees (They don't want to tarnish the repute of some social workers which were among its founder members), if things are changed (to which I would be highly surprised, then just praise the school of what you learnt and come back, they will call you back next day or after few days for sure).

Also, for St. Thomas I heard that they don't ask for any additional money, they just try to see how inclined you are towards the school taking an admission. If at all they ask for any amount, you should not extend your offer and just praise the school for the overall attention and how well the school is doing over the years to shape and make bright the future of the kid year after year (refer below vital info for more about this school for your conversation)

VIS and Bal Bhavan for sure going to ask for amount (VIS may goes 4L or more and quite blunt saying it won't be negotiable, Bal Bhavan, I'm not sure how much they ask, but it's not a good school overall).

Now, I suggest you prioritize in the following order:

    1. St. Thomas

    2. R D Rajpal

    3. VIS (only if you really want, though I will not suggest it go after it for so hefty money, eventually in upper classes, this amount is reduced up to half, you may better try next year after having admission in another school)

    4. Bal Bhavan - Strictly no, but no harm in paying a visit.

Now, in St. Thomas you can give reference of existing parents and suggest that they recommended St. Thomas (and you too well convinced seeing the growth of the child) and after there feedback, you are looking only for St. Thomas and no other school. The child name is Yash Srivastava (this kid is the brightest student in his class in St. Thomas) and his parents name are Abhishek Srivastava and Richa Srivastava living in Sector 18-B. If at all, they still ask for any amount (I hope it won't be the case after this), then tell them that you can't offer beyond 50K after lot of toll you going to take over your current financial status.

Wish you all the very very best!

I'm very hopeful, you will crack St. Thomas or R.D.Rajpal without any additive capitation fees.

    Thanks!
