Oh, this is a very typical situation. But as i have learnt from this forum, the first rule is to block your first seat. Guess, you will also have to do the same. Yes, your funds will be blocked, but we parents  have no other option, we are at the mercy of schools. Go ahead & take your seat at least, you can never be sure of DPS result.
