Main issue is distance. Do you have transport till dwarka. Drop mail on their official address hope it works. VIS asks 2-3L, Bal Bharti Same & BGS 1-2L. If they ignore the distance matter. See if it works

Yes BGS asks for 50K one time id form of DD. You can also try DIS, JM, SAM, MBS also.
I think you should wait for second list and contact schools later as you may get seat after few days
