What i heard from them is that, not all whose names are in First List & Waiting list are not taking admission there since it might not be their first preference or could have got admission somewhere else. 

For kids, whose name is not in the first lists, they will probably call and start the process again depending on number of seats still vacant.  I do not think they are charging additional for that. I know few parents have already approached Basava whose names were not there in first & waiting list.
