Most of my friends with kids in Noida schools stay on RENT anyways, and they are ok with that. Anyways, just venting my frustration. I just wish all schools would have their conditions/fees etc. all in public domain by end of July. It would have been much easier to make some decisions. But I guess they don't care. DAV sector 56 forms are being given these days..so you can look into that too.. ...indus valley, rockwood school..however i think not so good..but there admission process is open..can be kept for last resort.. in Indirapuram i think St.Thomas & St. Francis are open...both are good schools..not so far away.. other option---if you take admission right now in any Noida school..and then later try for good east delhi school which in border of noida and not too far..like vasundhara enclave-somerville & ryan, mayur vihar phase-1--ahlcon & asn. (Delhi admissions will be started somewhere in next month..so keep a vigil after 20th oct) ...but do it fast sir...visit all these schools of noida & indirapuram immediately if you wish so... This will be a great relief to parents who could not get their kids admitted in previous year and are facing lot of difficulty in admitting them in KG due to limited or no vacancy available. But we managed to get through all the other schools. And had blocked a seat in APJ too. But have withdrawn from the same as we always wanted and had dps noida on our top priority list. In this journey of admission Process over last one and half months, there have been lots of sleepless nights. Confusions ..and I know most of the parents would have gone through this dilemma too in choosing the best school for their child...but I have realized that all schools are equally good. Every school will have its positives and negatives ,but it is we, who have to define limits to our expectations from the school and decide what is best for our children. A big thanks to the entire team of AN.com, shakshi. They prefer Indirapuram kids but kids from nearby Noida, East Delhi & other Ghaziabad area are also eligible. Bus facilities are amply avaiable. Interaction process is similar as happens in DPS Noida-child's simple interactionin a room... by performing some activities, testing his/her confidence and how better he/she gels in presence of other kids' & teachers later each parent is asked a brief introduction by the principal & head mistress in a conference hall in a group of 8-10 parents..clarity of speech, thought and composure is tested..
