Registration Forms will be available at the School Reception between 8.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. on working days from 16.08.2017 to 24.08.2017. Registration Forms can also be downloaded from the website. Forms duly completed are to be deposited along with the attested photocopy of birth certificate from Municipal Corporation, proof of residence and one recent passport size photograph positively by 25.08.2017. For further details visit the school website www.dav14gurgaon.org.
Please Note:
Forms will not be accepted after the last date i.e. 25.08.2017.
Submission of application does not guarantee admission, which will depend on the number of vacancies.

EWS Applicants & Disadvantaged Group Applicants
Application form for applicants belonging to EWS category and Disadvantaged Group is available at the school gate or Website of DOE from January 1st, 2013 to January 15th, 2013 between 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on all working days of the school. Seats are reserved for Economically Weaker Section and Disadvantaged Group as per rules.
-Admission shall first be offered to eligible students belonging to EWS and Disadvantaged Group residing within 1 km of the specific school
- In case the vacancies remain unfilled, students residing within 3 kms of the school shall be admitted
- If there are still vacancies, then the admission shall be offered to other students residing within 6 kms of the institution
- Students residing beyond 6 kms shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled even after considering all the students within 6 kms area
- In case of an Orphan, a Certificate issued by the Women and Child Development Department of GNCT of Delhi
Note – In case number of applications received in any of above mentioned categories exceed the number of seats available ,in that case selection will be done by draw of lots.

Criteria For Admission To Pre-school foracademic Year 2015-16
Total seats in Pre-school-180. Admission criteria is given below:-
1.Age: Children born from 01.4.2011 to 31.03.2012 (both days inclusive) are only eligible for admission to Pre-School in the academic year 2015-16.
2.Christians: This school being an unaided minority school run by the Delhi Orthodox Syrian Church Society, all the Orthodox Syrian Christians fulfilling the age criteria will be admitted on producing the documentary evidence from their respective Parish Priest to this effect alongwith the application. Other Syrian Christians will also be considered.
3.Management Quota : 20 % (36 Seats)
4.EWS and Disadvantaged groups : St. Paul’s School is an unaided minority Institution. Minority schools are exempted from the ambit of RTE.
5.Staff Quota: 5% seats as staff quota for the children of employees of the school.
6.Open Seats: The remaining seats, which are not covered under above categories will be allotted to those who obtain maximum points based on the parameters prescribed hereunder. The unfilled seats in the above categories will be added to the general category.

(A) Registration of forms with ONLINE PAYMENT.
• Registration with online payment of Rs. 25/-.
• Download Registration Form on an A-4 size white sheet of paper.
• Fill up the required information in the form.
• Attach copies of all documents required with the form (See point 3 below).
• Take out Print out of computer generated mail sent to you for Registration and
Payment receipt.
• Attach copy of Registration and Payment receipt.
• Submit the duly filled form, complete in all respects to the School Office as per
the schedule.

(B) Registration of forms with Payment vide Demand Draft
• Download Registration Form on an A-4 size white sheet of paper.
• Fill up the required information in the form.

• Demand Draft of Rs. 25/- in favour of BLOOM PUBLIC SCHOOL as
Registration Fee.

It will be Registered after an online payment of Rs. 25.✽ You will get a Registration Number along with a copy of filled Application Form. ✽ Registration for admission to Pre-School will be done for children born between 1st April, 2016 and 31st March, 2017.✽ Please note that registration of the Application Form does not entitle or guarantee admission to an applicant.✽ Since there are limited seats available, all applicants cannot be accommodated. Only parents of short listed applicants will be called to verify the claims made in the admission form.✽ At the time of verification applicants will be required to bring original documents for verification and self attested photocopies for submission.✽ After verification of documents, the applicants will be further short listed based on points acquired in criteria post verification of documents, and offered admission in order of merit. Consists of the following Stages:
Stage 1: Filling-up Registration of Application Form online
✽After clicking on "Submit Form" Button, applicants have to pay Registration Fee an amount of Rs. 25. After that system will generate a Recipt along with Registration Form and will email the same to you.
Stage 2: Verification Process.List of documents to be submitted at the time of verification.
✽ For Neighbourhood Criteria : Both parents will be required to submit at least one document each from the following two groups (Only one address proof required in the case of Single Parents)
Group I : Passport/Voter ID (one document from this group - as proof of identity)Group II : Currently active utility bill for the three months or a current bank statement giving address. (One document for this group - as proof of residence)
✽ In case an Alumnus, Board Mark sheet of class X/XII and proof of having studied in the Vidyalaya for a minimum of four years is required.✽ Proof in support of claim made for Gujarati and/or Sibling or 'Inclusive Education' category.✽ Proof / supporting documents for any other claim(s) made in the Application Form. Kindly bring the original documents for verification and self-attested photocopies duly for submission.✽ Documents will be verified only at the time of interaction. For this, a specific date and time will be given to each applicant and no documents will be accepted by the Office /Staff after the appointed date and time.✽ All claims including claims for Gujarati category and Residential Address are subject to independent verification.✽ Claims of ‘First Born’ must be supported by an affidavit signed by both the parents and attested by a 1st class Magistrate.
Stage 4: Admission Process.After verification, a final list of applicants who will be offered admission, will be displayed on SPV website and the School Notice Board.
✽ Fees and other Charges should be deposited at the Extension Counter of the Bank of Baroda in the Vidyalaya in cash or by Demand Draft payable to Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, New Delhi.✽ Parents would be required to open a "FEE ACCOUNT" at the Extension Counter of the Bank in the premises of the Vidyalaya to facilitate transfer of Fees and Charges.✽ The Vidyalaya reserves the right to revise the FEES AND OTHER CHARGES.
