- dated 21.11.2022 the following criteria have been laid down for admission to Pre-School Class in the school for the year 2023-24. Seats Available Seats available in Pre-School 160 Category Wise Seat Distribution (a) E.W.S. & D.G. Category 25% of the seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the E.W.S. Category/ Disadvantaged group/Orphan who are eligible as per conditions laid down in Govt. Notification no 15(172)/DE/Act/2010/69 dated 07.01.2011 and subsequent orders(Admissions in this category shall be done based on computerized draw to be conducted by DOE and sponsored to the school) 40 (b)General (Open) Seats 75% of the seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the General Category/ Management Discretionary Group under the school specific criteria. 120 Management Quota 20% Seats shall be filled at the discretion of the management 32 General Category The remaining seats which are not covered under above categories shall be filled on 100-point scale based on school specific criteria without any discrimination of Caste / Religion / Region etc. 88 School Specific Criteria (General Seats)The School specific admission criteria has been devised on a 100-point scale to be distributed as under Neighbour hood 70 points Candidates residing within 0 to 8 km distance from the school 70 Candidates residing beyond 8 km 50 Siblings / Staff wards - 30 points Candidates whose real sister or brother is a student of the school or / wards of the employees of SGS, Sector 18A, Phase II, Dwarka only. 3.1 In case of Neighbourhood, the applications must be accompanied by Google road map showing the distance from their residence to the school. Points would be given according to the defined number of kilometers in a range.3.2 In case of siblings, the application must be accompanied by self-attested photocopy of the Student’s Identity Card (both sides) and photocopy of the latest fee payment receipt of the sibling student indicating the admission number.3.3. Selection of Candidates for admission in Pre-School Class during the session 2023-2024 School follows the 100-point scale system. Out of the total applications from the neighborhood range and Sibling Criteria admission would be first offered to the candidates attaining maximum points. If the applications attaining similar points are more than the seats of general category, the draw of lots shall be conducted to admit the students against the number of available seats. If vacancies remain unfilled after exhausting the applications from the first lot of maximum scorers, the applications from the next lot of maximum scorers shall be considered in the above manner EWS & DG CategoryThe school shall not process the admission of EWS/DG Category students. The D.O.E. will process the applications online for admission in schools as per the guidelines. AgeAs per D.O.E. Order the child should be at least three (03) years old as on 31st March of the year for admission in Preschool. However, the child must be less than 04 years old as on 31st March 2023.This includes all the children born between 01.04.2019 & 31.03.2020 RegistrationThe process of Nursery Registration will be conducted both via online and offline modes.For OFF-LINE Registration: Standardized registration forms shall be available at the Gate no. 2 of the school on all working days from Thursday, 01 December 2022 to Friday, 23 December 2022 between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on payment of Rs.25/- only.The filled in forms should be deposited at Gate no. 2 of the school between 10:00 am to 03:00 pm on all working days. The last date for deposit of application form for registration shall be Friday, 23 December 2022 upto 03.00 pm.For ON-LINE Registration: Online Registration forms will be available on the school website. The Registration for admission to this class is open in the month of January every year as per the guidance of the Department of Education every year. The admission to all other classes depends upon the availability of seats every year and Registration is also open at that time. Registration form for admission is available at school reception at stipulated time as well as online through www.bbpsmv.org A child seeking admission to class K.G. to IX and XI must be register at the appropriate time. The admission is granted strictly on the basis of availability of seats in that class. Admission Procedure For Pre- School (Nursery) 2016-17 1. Eligibility criteria for Pre-School (Nursery) is 3-4 years i.e. lower age limit is 3 years & upper age limit is 4 years as on 31st March, 2016. 2. All the candidates should register themselves between 1st January, 2016 to 22nd January, 2016. 3. All the registration forms along with necessary documents should be submitted along with the registration form at the school reception between 09:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. before 22nd January, 2016. 4.
