ou all are doing really a great job. I appreciate the initiative taken by Mr. Vohra for starting such platform, which I am sure helping all parents like us who are seeking better future for their child.
Like each parent do, we also tried for best for our child. My child is 2.5 Yrs now & was not qualified for most of the schools in Noida because of age (March 2012 born) & I feel he is too small for interactions at formal schools. We opted for following schools –
Amity – Not Selected
Khaitan – Waitlisted (Not Sure What’s the probability of getting admission there?)
Cambridge – Result Awaited on 30th Sep
The Millennium - Selected
Nevertheless, We have 2 choices now, Either we drop this year & get our son admitted next year for formal school OR we admit him in new age school (Though our financial condition is not too good)
I would like opinions from Parents here, We have following options in Noida –
Sapphire International
Alliance Word
JSS Public School
Manav Rachna International School
Cambridge (If son got selected)
Billabong
Presidium (My son is going to Mother’s pride & they are pushing us to get admission in Presiudum, I am not too keen, after seeing lot of –ve feedback abt this school)
Any other good school in Noida, Please suggest.
Express Way Options
DPS Expressway
Shriram Millenium
Jaypee School
Look forward to have your opinion/views/suggestions to take decision for our son.
Thanks
Regards,
Parents who’s looking for better & secure future for their son…
aitan since two years. So I had my kid with me who just went to play school for one month and rest he is following the videos that I have downloaded for him, playing few games on mobile, So I was curious to know about other kid education with Khaitan.
I was drawing few alphabets, numbers and literally what I found that other kid was not able to recognize few alphabets and if he was then it was very slow response. I found my kid performed lot better than other kid who has been going to Khaitan since two years and other kids of same who have been going to play school.
I am sure all kids in Khaitan will not be same but I was quite surprised after seeing that kid.
So overall, What I believe is that, parent attention to kid is very important does not what school our kids go. Moreover parents responsibility to chase with teachers, work with our kid.
I am waiting for results from DPS Noida, VBPS Noida, Cambridge Noida if he gets in any of them, then also It is sure that I need to give good personal attention to him, also I need to spend great 2-3 quality hours with him to keep him in league for this generation.
I believe, personal attention and spending quality time with kids is more important than rest of things.

Somerville Noida: Teacher - 1(Principal). Medium of conversation - Hindi (40% English). Duration - 5 mins. Level-Intermediate
Principal ma'am gave a whatsapp call to us. Asked if she can talk to her or you can interact with the child she will observe. She interacted with the child, asked her basic stuff like name, how are you?, show me you dog. She had a dog with which our kid interacted.
I created this as a part of internet memory so that future parents and children can benefit from it. May be not very beneficial for Parents seeking admissions for 2021-22 session. Feel free to ignore it.…

f schools and at time of interaction with the principal/teachers you can stress your status very confidently so that they can be convinced with your view point as many of these schools like DPSN, Sommerville, Cambridge are having good underlying values and they will surely consider this...even i think they may prefer it.
In case you have to submit a documentary proof ( which i don't think they ask at time of registration but later can be given) you can read this attachment from DPS Vasant Kunj and the Affidavit/Undertaking format given herewith can be modified to your use..
Pls be positive and give your best shot.. think sure that your kid is the best and more mature now..he/she will surely excel this time..
All the best!

My son is born on 10-Oct-2012, I am looking for a school with overall development and value based eduction, may not be top class in activities but at the same time should not just focus on academics. He most likely would not be eligible to DPS Noida [One of the preferred school] and Cambridge because of age and SBS and TSRM are a bit on expensive side for me. Don't want to consider LVI and Kothari, if I opt for these I would rather pick SBS.
I have already applied for FAS and would be applying for Amity International later today. I would also be applying for Somerville Noida, though chances are very bleak because of distance factor[I reside in Indirapuram as of now and is shifting to Sec 74 Noida by Oct end] Please help me with some of my queries below -
1. I did not get positive feedback about APJ from the parents, it's apparently loosing it over the period of time, class strength is more and school staff is not easily accessible. What's your opinion, should I still consider the school as back up?
2. If my son does not make through FAS, Amity or Sommerville, I am considering Khaitan and VBS as back up? Which one would you rate better and why? Can Sommerville Expressway also be considered, how is it?
3. I did not find much discussion on Mayoor. How is it? At par with Amity? Better than APJ?
4. How would you rate Bal Bharti viz a viz my other choices?
Would be looking forward for your response.

Priyank

dimensions. we are lucky to be associated with this site where you will get a transparent feedback and bundle of knowledge for nursery admission . so thanks to you , ur team and of course each and every parents for helping each other.
Interaction @ Cambridge
1) Our interaction was scheduled for 7th September 2019 and as per my understanding every parents along with kid were called on same day (different time zone & different area in the school).
2) Need to carry photocopies of all the required documents asked at the time of submission (online form) .
3) We forgot to carry Immunization chart or certificate so we had been asked to submit the same at reception , a day later on (after interaction).
4) We went to the allotted area (as per the registration slip) , submitted all the documents and asked to wait for our turn.
5) They were calling the parents as per the submission of documents so (first come first basis)
6) We waited for half an hour and our name were called , then one teacher accompany us to one of their classroom where already 2 teachers were present .
7) Both were experienced and seems to be senior teachers , 1 teacher started interacting with us and the other one asked few questions from my kid like her name, parents name, English poem , colour identification and got very impressed that my kid gave all the correct Ans, so she interrupted the main teacher who was interacting with us so there were 2 way communication going on. They made my DD so comfortable that she was telling her everything which the teachers were asking so that was the positive approach from their side .I think for every parents, they were taking 15 to 20 min time slot so basically it was relaxed session.
8) The questions asked from us were , where do you live , where do you work , both are working so who will take care of child , why this school , family background , office timing, which playschool my kid is going, so basically general discussion but in detailed way. so overall it was a smooth interaction although we were positive on the same day that my kid will get selected here because the teachers were impressed with her friendly approach.
The result declared on 12th September and my kid is selected . we have to deposit the fees of 58500/- DD by 17th September along with some documents .
For Cambridge, I don’t know why but I have not seen many feedback or reviews here but I have been to Bal Bharti Noida, APJ Noida , Vishwa Bharti and Fr. Agnel Noida . Except Fr. Agnel, my kid was selected in all school but somehow I was not impressed with the school or staff or something else but this school (Cambridge) will give you a positive vibes the moment u entered the school and faculty starting from welcoming guard were very impressive however the session has to start from next year so cant comment on the academics and activities front but we found few parents who were there as a sibling case and we got a very positive feedback about the school from them . so we have decided to enrol our daughter in this school so lets hope for the best.
