See list of schools taking 3 yrs on 31mar in Gurgaon.
https://www.admissionsnursery.com/forum/topics/list-of-schools-taki...
Rest if you wish, you can try in Shalom hills which is better than others in above list or TSMS ( But is not as popular as Noida branch and fees would be on higher side as it's 3-4 yrs old).
…
ria set by the schools for Nursery is 3.6 years i.e. a child should be of atleast 3.6 yrs by 31st March or 1st April of the year for whch you are seeking admission i.e. if you wants your kids to get admission in session 2014-2015, then your child should have atleats 3.6 yrs of age by 31st March,14 /1st April,14. Although some schools may have little bit of relaxation in age i.e. by 10-15 days depending on the schools.
There is one catch in above criteria that only schools who have classes like Prenursery>Nursery>KG>1st class have above age criteria whereas school by Blue Bell where they follow Nursery>LKG>UKG>1st class their age limit for Nursery is 2.9 yrs, LKG its 3.9 yrs, UKG its 4.9 yrs & so on.
Current situation : Now most of the schools like DPS, DAV, SH,Lotus Valley, Amity have already closed their admission (officially). However there may be some other schools who might be doing admission even now like Manav Rachna, G.D.Goenka Public, Little MIllenium, Blue Bell (please verify), Ridge Valley, Gurugram Public school, Mothers Pride etc. for which you may get in touch with the respective schools.
Thanks.

erein only security is refunded.
As far as i know there is no rule / law in Gurgaon according to which a parent may get more than the refund amount but at the same time we also need to see if there is anywhere in law mentioned that only refund will be given to the parent.
Can you please check the school's prospectus or their website etc. if anything mentioned about refund.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In case of MRIS its very clearly mentioned on their website as follows :
Refund of Fee on Withdrawal of Admission
The students, who have deposited the fee at the time of admission and subsequently withdraws, shall be required to make an application in the prescribed form to the school Principal.
In case where fee is paid and admission is withdrawn before the commencement of the session, the student shall be refunded the entire fee received after deducting Rs.15000/- towards administrative charges.
In case where withdrawal application is made after the commencement of the session/classes, the fee so paid for the Quarter shall be forfeited and only the refundable security deposit received at the time of admission shall be refunded.
The refund shall be made within 60 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal application.
Manav Rachna Administrative Headquarters shall send the refund cheque after proper verification and checking with the administrative head at school for onward delivery to the applicant.

ll possible research on various kind of schools. I have few questions please help to respond.
My priority is definitely academics and then extra curricular activities. So following are my questions:
1) How are admissions in gurgaon schools made is it point system or lottery or interview of parents+kids? I tried to check individual school website but since admissions are closed so system does'nt show details anywhere for admission procedure. So please help to share some light.
2) Can you rate the following list of schools if possible considering academics as main preference followed by extra curricular activities and yes board is CBSE:
DPS sector-45
Amity sector-46
Salwan Public School, sectro- 1
DAv sector-14
The Shri Ram School - Aravali
St. Xavier's High School
Ryan International School,Sector 40 Gurgaon,
Scottish High International School
Shalom Hills International School
Suncity World School
manav rachna international(sector-46 and 51)
Shiv Nadar School
lotus valley
3) Do i need to prepare my kid for any interview process because he is very introvert and wont open his mouth at all if it comes to strangers.
This would be of great help if you could give me a neutral opinion as from fellow parents i am getting confused as everyone has a point of view which keeps on clashing and i am unable to decide.
Looking forward for your response

n activists and parents complained of several city schools, especially private ones, violating the Right to Education (RTE) norms while giving admissions to children in the nursery class.
Even this year, several schools continue to interact with parents and children prior to the admission even though the RTE norms prohibit any kind of screening.
The schools argue that nursery section does not come under the purview of RTE. However, Khagesh B Jha, a Supreme Court lawyer, who had filed a case in the Delhi high court earlier contesting the screening of children for nursery admissions, disagrees.
“Screening prior to admission is an issue of concern across the country and not just in Gurgaon. According to the RTE norms, no student can be differentiated under any circumstances. The process of admission should be transparent and should not include any tests for students or parents, especially at the nursery level,” he said.
According to parents, Gurg aon schools conduct these screening interviews in the name of “infor mal interactions”.
“One of the schools has called us for an interaction next week. When we enquired about the reason, they said it is to show us around the school and have an informal chat with parents before the admission is finalised. We cannot back out as it is a well-reputed school,” said Shweta Sahoo, a parent in Gurgaon.
Parents confirmed that at least 10 schools in the city have called them such sessions.
Conforming that screening is being done, a spokesperson of Manav Rachna International School said, “Parents are called within a day or two after they register with us. After the screening, parents are informed about the results,” the spokesperson said.
According to education activists, such screening procedures are unfair and subjective.
“Even after a lot of complaints, some schools find a way to check the background of parents. Some schools confirm if parents can fulfil any future financial demands. They openly ask about their income and occupation. Some schools ask parents to fill long questionnaires,” Sumit Vohra, founder of admissionsnursery.com, said.
