Apart from this can you suggest some good school where we can apply.
We are open for her admission either in Nursery or Prep/KG , but preference will be Nursery.

Noida..
Further i don't know about your location, as DPS Ghaziabad does not prefer Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhara and for that matter Noida residents so if you reside near to RYan you can close on it as Ryan is a also a good established school with equal thrust on academics and extra curriculars/sports.…
these is a better one. Personally, I heard a lot about St Francis being a good school but when I visited them it feels like an old semi-govt school with lack of infrastructure so was confused if St Francis will be able to groom a child in every sense like education, sports, etc. which is the need of time.
Also what could be other options around Vaishali & Indirapuram if we leave DPS Indirapuram being on bit higher side.
Please suggest…

2. Since we are staying in vasundhara, please rank the following schools to help us:
DPS Indiarpuram, St farncis, Amity sec-6, GD Goenka Indirapuram, KR manglam vaishali.
3. Please suggest some other good school for which we should surely go for registration.

t Parents were not much bothered in our time about the school brand, they were rather concerned abt nearest ones. Wt i feel is since the child age is at tenders stage one shld try to get them enrolled them to nearest schools maybe in the range of 8 km, though final decision is urs. So amity noida, schools in Mayur vihar and nearby locations such as indirapuram/vaishali and noida r ideal. Again having said that final decision is on u and opportunity and options available at ur end. …
rs than its closes peer Noida which was built in 1976 ...so definitely the schools in this cluster is also newer ones (8-10 years old) in comparision of the oldest Noida schools (cambridge, apeejay & dps noida--all in 1981-82).
hence these schools in larger indirapuram cluster can't be compared with that of top5-6 of Noida cluster.
but yes the area is quite developed with a modern cosmopolitan population so schools are also making them best in terms of all required standards.
big names of amity & dps are here in indirapuram...and they are none less than their peers in noida in terms of any parameter...
DPS Indirapuram however not being a core school is a very good school in terms of academics & extracurriculars and has a good blend of students from all strata of society.
the school is following dps family rigour very intensely and showing excellent academic results from 2007-08 onwards in 10th and 2008-09 onwards in 12th CBSE board..
NTSE toppers, winners of olamipads of science and maths and foreign educational tours---which are hallmark of any great DPS school --are all present in DPSI too...
infrastructure is quite big and having all the facilities required in a top class sr.secondary school..
the best part is strong dedicated faculty of 250 plus under able guidance of the principal Meeta Rai maa'm..who was ex-principal of Core DPS Schhol DPS Vasant Kunj...and most of the senior teachers are experienced in Delhi based elite DPS schools..
...i think looking at all this potential and bright future of the school- Education World survey 2010 has given DPSI a rank of 66 on Pan India level (if we analyze the EW survey then its having 37th rank in all best Delhi&NCR schools, and 8th in all best Ghaziabad-Noida schools)
....In nursery teacher:student ratio-1/20 (2 teachers in class of 40 in each section) a very good one for personalised attention to each and every tiny kid...
i think its a very good school in rank of top 4-5 noida schools alongwith...
all the best for all parents of this Forum..applying for this beautiful school…
re.
GIIS is yes a new school with no proven academic record..but i saw a lot of positive feedback of GIIS on this forum and hence was interested, yes i visited the campus and the facilities are impressive (except play ground) but they have global experience & feedback is good. I like the facilities and campus.
Also the fee of GIIS is in line with my budget (within 9K/month) as compared to Shiv Nadar, KIS, KRM vaishali which are on the higher side.
My daughter is 11 Jan 2011 and hence not eligible for FAS, St. Thomas, Jaipuria, Sommerville, VB…

sery admissions last year as we were expecting our transfer and relocation.
I stay at Vaishali, Ghaziabad and my baby is currently going to little millenium in nursery. And now I am confused...should I apply for nursery admissions or should I get her admitted to KG....please suggest.
Is it really hard to get admission in KG as compared to nursery??
Moreover I am looking for a good school....not big shots...with reasonable fee structure....can you suggest few names???
How about Cambridge, Indirapuram and Father Agnel, Sec 62, Noida??…
