As you enter, you will need to collect a token. Based on that token no., you will be called for document verification. You will also be given a form there in which you will need to fill in the details of the documents you are submitting. The document verification happens in two stages, in the first stage photographs of child and parents, address proof and birth certificate are collected.

After this, in the next stage further set of documents e.g. first child affidavit and language related certificates will be collected. They had some questions regarding the documents we were submitting after that they simply collect the documents and thats it. You just to justify whatever you have filled in the form. Thats it.

There are 25 seats in the Gujarati category and 40 in the general category. Documents required should be the proof of Gujarati category if applicable, first born affidavit, birth certificate, address proof and supporting documents for any other claim made by you in the admission form. I do have my verification scheduled for tomorrow, I can may be provide you more details tomorrow.
