I can truly understand what you feel. Even i never thought I could work after my daughter was born and could join only after my mother in law retired. I  am into software development and have joined a software firm in gurgaon. But at times it becomes really tough to manage and i feel like leaving everything.

You stay with your in-laws or independently?

Regarding school admissions even i am worried. I was thinking of preparing the necessary documents so that we dont have to rush in the end. I was going through the documents checklist on this site and realised there are too many affidavits to be made.

I will keep you posted regarding the document checklist. N dont worry, stay calm. Together we will find a good school for our little daughters! :)

I feel so relaxed talking to you! :-)

Almost all the parents of 3 yr olds will be going through the same feeling of anxiety and nervousness. This whole nursery admissions process has become such a drill.. I don't understand why do they keep changing the admission criteria every now and then. And I really doubt how genuinely the schools follow those criterias. There is no transparency so people like us have no choice but to accept whatever these schools tell us.

I came to know that DPS, Bal Bharti, Sri Venkateswara, mount Carmel are good schools in Dwarka. I have also heard that KR Mangalam has a branch in vikas puri and its good. Other than that I am also interested in Salwan public school naraina and Springdales dhaula kuan.

I am planning to fill the forms of all these schools. Will definitely update you if i come to know anything. Meanwhile Mother's pride only promotes their school Presidium so don't think they will keep any such session. Good to know that Shemrock is helping parents.

I had taken a break after my daughter was born and have recently joined a job. 

It feels so good to find a friend in you n I look forward to it.

Hi Mona,

Good to know that we are on the same boat. :-) I am looking for good schools in dwarka and st francis janak puri. Even i am worried that i might miss some important dates, so keep looking at the nursery school admission sites. I saw you active on the site so thought we could tell each other whatever we come to know. These dayz I am sending my daughter to Mother's Pride  janak puri.. what about you?
