Suppose 10 students of 75% [selected] were cancelled in a school and a school contains 50 total seats than for those 10 students 50 chances should be given by opening a draw in which all students will there but admission should be given to those for only 75% means 10 students , After that remaining seats will open for all according to their selection like if 2 [75%] are selected than remaining will be 8 . i think in this way we will do a better justice for all
