Analysis of shortlisted applications for nursery admissions for DPS Dwarka reveals that AROUND 67% applications shortlisted for admission in first list are TRANSFER CASES. Are the new guidelines for Delhi admissions designed only for some people who are getting transferred to Delhi. I am wondering what should people residing in Delhi since decades do - transfer out of Delhi…
