Yes Gauarv...i called them in the mrng and they have confimred that my child's name is thr in the list however not reflecting on the website becasue they are waiting for the final verdict from DOE which is expected today..however they have confirmed that if as per DOE the third list would be considered valid then my son will get thru...lets see what happens now...i would advise all the parents to call them and pester them and take this confirmation from them that their child's name is there in the 3rd list and if possible record the conversation, which i could not...

will do gaurav..i plan to wait till tomorrow and would then visit them and if they fudge the data of draw of lots, i will take it to media as every draw is recorded...they cant escape..i had a word with shila sud in the afternoon..she sd she hearself heard all the names and no and wrote them down...so its a genuine list..
