i admitted my son in a school for nursery class and paid admission fees on 04.02.2013.

due to some problem i want to withdraw my ward from that scholl and i applied for cancellation of admission on 05.03.2013 and ask them for refund of fees but they refused because as per doe rule parents can withdraw within one month and i am one day late.

is there any remedy/option available in this case, so that school will refund the fees.
