To start with, you have to AVOID introducing any refined sugar or dangerous artificial sweeteners. What I do instead is use either a really small touch of normal maple syrup or perhaps a half packet of organic stevia to only casually enhance my coffee.
Alternatively, work with a little REAL full-fat cream (natural grass-fed whilst the CLA in grass-fed cream is quite healthy), if you're able to find it.
