For disadvantaged group(OBC) , will the admission fees will be free/exempted along with uniform and books.

Colonel Satsangi’s Kiran Memorial CSKM PUBLIC SCHOOL,chhatarpur.i want to take admission for my son.But they are not following other school DOE rules.They are offering admission for first come first admission.i need suggestions should  i take admission in this school or not..its very urgent...
