Dear Mr. Minister,



Though I can understand finding an optimum solution to the pre-primary / primary schools is a herculean task in itself, but what I completely fail to comprehend is how and why the learned members of the Ministry of Education, or the DoE, or other Govt./ NGO organisations cannot analyze and gauge pros and cons of each step they take... in a hurry albeit, without making use their OH-SO-SHARP minds !!!
