It is a very SAD situation as parents who have been in Delhi for decades are not able to get a seat in Delhi school based on 70 points. I had applied in 8 school and my son name did not appear in any of the school list 

Lottery system is full of doubts and not trustworthy.

Parents can never get to know, if all the name slips (of children with same points) are in the lucky draw.
