Is anyone aware that for schools that open both nursery and KG can one apply to both?

Modern RSJMS, Modern VV and Mothers International taking admissions for Nursery and KG both hence the query.

Despite the guidelines, schools like Sanskriti are putting an upper age limit for Nursery.

The admission guidelines on the School's site are as follows -

"The date of birth should be between 1st April 2014 to 31st March 2015 (both dates
inclusive)."

This is blatant flouting of norms.
