I need a opinion from you guys the real Public of Delhi  about a small group of around 10 parents (mostly Non-Domicile of Delhi) who are responsible for the main 2 Pils the first PIL (That Started all this) that was against Transfer Points, And the 2nd PIL that is against scrapping of Alumni & Sibling points (The one that is currently going on in court) - What do you (The Public of Delhi) think are these 10 Parents…
