I s local address proof mandatory for school admission.  If yes then what will happen to those who are about to relocate themselves to other states or within NCR. Why there children bear the lose of an year. there should be some better alternative for the people who are about to relocate. With parents having private jobs its a major problem to choose between their career and child's future with schools having exorbitant fees structure.
