Is it the complex derivation of calculus or simple counting of 1 to 10? Its parents like you, Sudhanshu Jain and this Charan guy that this mess has happened. Its kindergarten, and not IIT or AIIMS, or even high school.

Comment by Devanjan Majumdar on April 15, 2014 at 6:18pm: Filing a PIL now might complicate the situation further and might delay the process further beyond 21st April. Since now we have a date of 21st from SC for this case my thought would be to see how things progress before acting.

Virendra, my understanding is that SC would not further detiorate the situation by cancelling admissions which has already happened as that would create panic in 50% of the parents whose admissions are confirmed and also the schools who would have to do humungous administrative work to return the fees. Also, the data that DOE is gathering should show more seats vacant now given everyone would have selected one school now and so all duplicate/triplicate seats would have been freed now. So expect SC to come out with a ruling that should be win/win for everyone and should close this turmoil completely.
