Check out today's Indian Express. It carries out DoE statement around valid address proofs. Actually neither of the docs you mention are in there. :( They only accept MTNL phone bills.

Mt.Carmel has refused to take admission of the child who is less then 3.6 yrs as on 31st March whereas Govt norms the minimum age of the child should be 3years only….Mr.Vohra May I request you to pls look & help???

School is very good, probably one of the best in the area. I dont have the specifics around fees but I would like to believe their monthly expenses including transport will not be beyond Rs. 4-5K.

Ok, I checked, they do have the admission form link on the page. As for age criteria, as i said, there is nothing you can do about it. :( By the way Heritage VK isn't as good as other branches.

They have validation on submit form which does not allow to submit the form if age criteria does not meet.

Schools usually provide this info in person. Purpose of annual charges is usually one time lumpsum miscellaneous charges for various heads.

Which Heritage are you referring to? I just checked, Heritage Rohini very much links to online form.

Regarding age, they do look like enforcing this rule:

"children born between 01.04.2009 and 31.03.2010 only need to apply."

But I noticed their system does not stop you from applying. Although I would like to believe if the age is outside the above, they would not consider.
