APJ seems to be unethical in their approach. Its on purpose that they did not acknowledge the receipt of application for change in criteria, so that there is no proof and they can deny receiving the application.

I will visit them tomorrow but very less hope of getting anything out of it.

@ Sakshi, Mr. Sumit Vohra, what would you advise up in this case of APJ?

School does not gave any acknowledgement. Even thy did not accepted the certificate copy.
