Admission sought to : CLASS NURSERY

Dear Parent,

Lottery for Nursery class, General Category, will take place for applicants scoring 30 points. Parents are requested to be present at DPS International, Saket, main branch, at 9.00 a.m. on February 15, 2013. Documents for verification have to be brought.

Details of Documents to be brought

1. Registration Form- A print out of the form, with a passport size photograph of the applicant pasted as indicated. It is mandatory for both parents to sign the form - other than in the case of single parent.
2. Sibling Applicants- The admission order - latest fee bill of the sibling studying in DPS International only will be accepted.
3. Foreign Nationals- An attested photocopy of the passport and visa or OCI card.
4. Embassy Officials- An attested photocopy of the ID card, Passport and Visa of applicant and parents.
5. Global Transfer Cases- Proof of overseas transfer within the period making the applicant eligible for admission i.e. example between 30th September 2009 to 2012
6. Multi National Company Employee- Certificate from company stating that they have offices operating in foreign countries, to specify the names, and that the employee may be transferred to any of the offices listed.
7. Special Needs- Certificate by the competent authority ,Subject to the availability of facilities offered by the school,
8. First born- Affidavit stating the same.
9. Single Parent- A copy of the custody papers in case of divorcees.
10. Original Birth Certificate.
