As results for Delhi Schools Admissions ( 2013-14 ) are expected from today 17 Jan 2013, We would be posting all the lists related to results on this single thread. PARENTS ARE REQUESTED TO POST SNAPSHOTS FOR THE RESULTS THAT ARE NOT ONLINE AND ALSO POST THE RESULTS UNDER THIS THREAD

Comment by Juhi Bhatt on February 12, 2013 at 6:22pm: N K Bagrodia, Dwarka. Draw of Lots. Draw in General Category conducted for applicants securing 45 points.
Positives - points were not granted for girl child, hence boys applicants had an equal presence and chance.
Negatives- mostly for parents who did not turn up.
1) The process was highly unorganised.
2) among a list of some 300+ eligible candidates, parents of only 100 must have turned up. Parents were asked to make an entry in the entry register, next they signed on the list of candidates. Then they were given chits (1/2" by 1-1/2" in size) with their registeration nos. printed on these and directed to the auditorium.
There the parents were asked to fold the chits into 3 and put them in a bucket. From this the first list of confirmed 50 candidates was taken out by the parents in presence of DOE official. After this, the chits of those candidates whose parents/reps didnot turn up were added (some 200+ chits) in the bucket WITHOUT FOLDING. Now a waitlist of 100 was to be taken out from this mixture of folded and unfolded chits. Most parents, selected in the first draw had left by now. The remaining took turns then to take out chits. For obvious reasons, THEY ALL TOOK OUT FOLDED CHITS, except for some. Probably their child's name had already figured in the list. The DOE official herself said it would be fair if parents took put folded chits themselves.
Towards the end, except for a handful of parents all had left. These handful too were not interested in the draw as their names were in the list by now, hence, the teachers took put the chits themselves to finish the process. These were all unfolded ones, of those parents who didnot turn up.
I felt, this should be known to all those who were not there for whatever reasons.

Requesting to kindly help me with updates on following schools results if they are out.

1- Modern school barakhmba road

2- Springdales

3- St. Colombus

4-Sardar Patel.

Losing hope now. Out 32 applied only these 4 are left.
