Yes, I went to SALWAN today and got all information:
Rs.60,700 DD to be paid as institutional fees and admission charges, etc..
They are NOT accepting fees in CASH, ONLY D.D AND issuing receipt for it and with 100% refund policy in case HC goes against point system.
I am going for it. :)
