I just spoke to Mr. Ashok Agarwal of Social Jurist (got his number from their website http://www.socialjurist.com/contact_us.php?ar=13)and asked him when the HC verdict is expected? He said 'agle Monday tak aa jaana chahiye'. On being asked what the implication will be on the current year's admission process he said 'woh to verdict pe depend karta hai. Further when I asked him the implication on the current year's process if the private school association goes to the SC in case the HC verdict is deemed as unfavorable by them then he said 'school wale jaye SC main, kisne roka hai'. So it seems that the confusion is all set to continue. Would be interesting to hear from other parents on this forum their reaction to this.
