& I believe that some business house like Tata or Birla should take the initiative instead of Govt agency. And that Lottery must be conducted on National TV like Assam Lottery & where each number. Such a system can be made effective by Computer Source Program and this cant be fooled even if it comes in the hands of the govt.

DOE CENTRALISED ADMISSION POLICY will be a success. If DOE, Edu.Minister listening then try to implement it this year itself or at least for the 2014-2015 admissions nursery.

I thank AN.Com also for such a bold initiative. You guys alongwith Sakshi & latha, brij & all parents are on fire. Thanks to all.

Handa's recommendations...but it should not be completely in the hands of govt. which is more susceptible to corruption , it may give rise to even worst situation than the prevailing one. I suggest that there should be an autonomous body comprising of representatives of parents, govt. And schools to execute Mr. Handa's recommendations.
