its written on their web site that either of the parent have to attend, or else u can send some representantive with registration slip of your ward to attend the draw..

its not mandatory in every school to attned the draw.. however in heritage school, vasant kunj they have asked parents to come for the draw or else the child would not be eigible for the draw..
