you were discussing abt amity saket draw of lot. but nobody picks up the phone in school. i think we missed this school also. any idea on apeejay saket and sheikh sarai?

Comment by Nisha Ratheesh on January 24, 2013 at 2:37pm: my child got 51 rank after the draw............ they have shortlisted 134 students but they have only 88 seats in the general category.......don't know why they have shortlisted 134 candidates after the draw.........

I got a call yesterday from Mount Abu School, Sector 5 Rohini regarding the document verification today. When we went to the school, they told us that our child has lost the points on distance as it is 3 kms from the school and he is scoring only 30 points for distance as compared to 45 for those residing within one km. Then they told us our child has how ever scored points in other areas but they refused to tell us the points scored.

They were supposed to come out with the list of students yesterday but today their notice board said that the display of list has been postponed. They specifically told us that you know that as per DOE norms we are supposed to come out with general and EWS category list on the same day.

They went forward and told that your child has been selected for admission but you have to pay more money as you have lost the points in distance category and you are supposed to submit the fees before 1st Feb. They didn't bothered to check the original documents.

How come they can admit the child without displaying the list?? Were they not aware about the DOE norms earlier?? Foluting of DOE norms in open.......
