"Ambience is asking 60000 n if withdrawing admission they are refunding 10000 only."

Question is that if we deposit 62K before 28th Jan, incase if we are not among the selected 60 (general) post draw (total seats 120), what is the refund policy they have. Please update if any one knows about it.
