Many South Delhi parents opted for NCR schools = lesser number of candidates for South Delhi Schools

The trend is catching on due to massive size of NCR schools with what not facilities / infra & not to mention snobbish attitude of parents who do not want to be equated for draw of lots with lesser mortals like me & ews/dg cat students

Also i want to say that you had very gud info abput school... like on yr suggestions many parents approached schools and gotbthe seat

Priyanka ji, write  a simple email addressed to the principal of the school, in the subject you should mention" Request for Nursery admission"

body of the email should be precise you should emphasize that you were unlucky  in the DOL process & unable to secure a confirmed seat anywhere, you feel that this school with its modern schooling techniques,..... can provide an environment which is conducive to overall development of your child,...... you live in close proximity of the school(only if that's correct) and was banking heavily to get a seat in this neighborhood school, the feed back that you received from others was very positive & encouraged you to seek admission for your child in this school,

Request the principal if any seats are available there, then they may please consider your application,.... you would be highly obliged, .....and that you are hoping for an early response.

@django sir its not like that... delhi rules dont apply to gurgaon noida schools they are not part of delhi.

And south delhi S are considered to be top branded and best in delhi... and you can observe that all this court battle was for the seats in some socalled top schools of south delhi

Looks like South Delhi has over supply of school seats.

Is it due to Gurgaon / Noida options available to South Delhi residents ?

thanks to all of you for the support that has been provided. i have been the silent reader on this forum.. however. i shall definitely here next year sharing my experiences with other parents.

Presently my child got admission in kulachi hansraj model school, ashok vihar. If anyone can help me in getting in better school. pls do share the information.
