Guys day before yesterday I was also empty handed but today I have 2 options with me...I just followed the strategy suggested by Mark William in his so many posts....I posted emails to the schools and immediately got replies.. Hats of to you MARK... Honestly you are the PARENT OF THE YEAR..

I think schools should not count those days when stay was these on admission process(i.e. 11/4/14 to 7/5/14), for fee refund.. In my case also took admission in heritagevk for my child on 9/apr/14 and submitted withdrawal application on 18/may/14, dont know how much they will refund... so if we consider stay period as ZERO then it will be well within one month for fee refund...

Ruchi ji, Garima ji, INDIAN is a good school , ex cir. activities are less compared to kr m gk2, but good on the whole, monthly fee is also less in indian(if thats an issue)

Yes better take appointment with Madhu Teotia (Addl Dir) if you dont get any response from DIR. as some of the parents having other problems got immediate appointment and she is quite helpful also.
BUT THERE ARE SOME PUBLIC VISITING HOURS ALSO IN CASE YOU DONT GET RESPONSE (CHK THE DOE SITE )

The only way to get refund is to visit DOE office ( i haven gen you the address with email ids ) and Meet Addl DIR /Dir with details.I am sure you will get refund as this year was complicated as per results were announced .So schools are taking advantage.
Also take print out of fee refund policy as we have at blog on top.
