This might help as one of my friends got through KRM through this procedure yesterday. We submitted the application at the reception yesterday and it was considered.

Comment by Vaibhav Aggarwal on May 20, 2014 at 10:56am: Schools are not adjusting the fee charged by them for the first quarter in the fee for the next quarter. My kid went to school only four days in may. Also they are charging the transport fee for the entire month inspite of kid using the transport facility only for 2 days. Just wanted to know, if doe will be releasing any notification for the same or not or whether there is any case in any of the courts in this regard or not. Ideally, as the school has not provided any services for the entire quarter, except for 4 days, it can not charge fee for the entire quarter. Someone may have filed case for the same.

We have submitted fees on 7 april 2017 and refund letter to school on 13 may 2014 ,full month sc stay was there so no school was coordination for admission .
so pls look in to this matter .

But you can apply as per DOE refund policy for schools specific single case by writing to DOE and see the fee refund policy

post your complaint to DIR DOE/ Prinicipal Sec

I have mentioned below comment as related to 3months refund but your case is of fee refund policy as per doe .

Mr Vohra has raised the issue from Toi /Ht to all hindi and english newspapers / Many TV channels. DOE is Pro schools it seems. Also read how many comments of parents asking for refund rather many are saying we have got admission and some parents thinks its ok .

Please read this thread after Stay was vacated .

Mr Vohra even highlighted Bus fees and Other charges which school are charging 4 days back in Leading news paper.
