Sevakram sir ji.... govt school teachers are much more competent then the pvt school teachers.... and let the the private school teachers to volunteer when public  school (what most of people call them "govt schools")teachers are doing office work because there is no clerical staff in most of govt schools and when they are out for training for election duty , census duty pulse polio duty and other such non teaching work

Thanks Lathaaji and Sakshi! Lots of schools do not refund. But how it's academic wise?

NO DOE GUIDELINES TILL COURT DECIDES.

Totally agree . Also I feel with earlier point system there was some control over school now it will be a total chaos with all schools coming up with different guidelines they shd have made distance Atleast as a mandatory point across schools for the benefit of kids its to the best interest of kids to go to schools closer to their house also giving so much power to school is opening the gateway to more donation cases where the deserving kids Wld be left behind I strongly feel this verdict should be challenged at supreme court followed by a speedy and just decision so as to put an end to the parents delima
