Thats correct Mukta Ji, Many names are common in other good schools lists as well, all those who would have better choices would let go of there seats by not depositing the fees by due date ie 13 May, so second list will be there, see schools like DPS EOK have also been droped by some people in favour of other schools, so keep your fingers crossed  maybe  you will get a chance in second list.

BBPS is going to draw for 81 seats. 6 seat for girls and 75 for general category seats. In addition 10 waiting will also be there

Thanks @sakshi and @Django for valuable feedback. I went through the notice and it says its subject to hearing of lt. governor and till then admission can continue. In this case can school be closed down even in mid session i.e. this year or now after session begins for 2014-15 it can only be closed next yr in worst case. Again thanks for your inputs and looking forward to your view
