Pinnacle: refer below notice dt: 10-02-2014 posted on Pinnacle School Website:

It is hereby informed that the impugned Order dated 02-01-2014
purportedly issued by the Director of Education, GNcr of Delhi to withdraw
recognition of the schoor with effect from 31-03-2014 had chailenged by
the school in the Hon'ble High court of Delhi by filing a writ petition No.
506 of 2014' The Hon'ble court admitted the writ and after hearing the
case, had granted status-quo with regard to the school vide order dated
22-01-2014. copy of the same is uproaded in the schoor website
(http://thepinnacreschool.com) for information.
It is further informed that the worthy Director of Education has allowed the
school to continue admission process subject to the final judgement by the
Hon'ble Lt. Governor in the matter and the liberty ailowed by the Hon,bre
High Court vide judgement dated 22_01_2014.

There is no relation like DPS..Ahlcon are closed but are ckming with 3rd list and results .School staff is present .

i dont have any inside info but school won some case after it was derognised .Best is to get authentic info from parents as they will have complete info.

Comment by Ashwini Kumar on May 13, 2014 at 9:46pm: AMITY draw is not at all genuine because yesterday after GYAN BHARTI draw on my way to Birla Vidya Niketan(whose draw was also conducted yesterday ie 12MAy14) stopped at AMITY to get some information about draw dates. At gate itself school guard told me that no draw has taken place till date and meeting is going on for the same. I am sure guard has all information because he has to give entry to visitor according to the event taking place in school.

Whom should we approach to get recording of draws. Any suggestion

I have applied in 21 schools and still waiting to get into some schools. I am still very optimistic and my advise to all the parents who are in similar position as I am "GOD HAVE BETTER PLAN FOR OUR CHILDREN, SO PLEASE DO NOT WORRY AND HAVE FAITH IN GOD Kyu Ki BHAGWAN KAE GHAR DEER HAI ANDHER NAHI".
