Yes no more litigation after that. That is why LG/DOE are avoiding doing something on their own. They have already burned their fingers so on IST issue whatever SC decides will be final. Like it or leave it. But SC might resore redraw for 70 pointers with IST in it , as a consolation for IST. 

So even after paying fees and taking admission if SC says redraw then it will be harsh really harsh.

 If i understand correctly from your earlier post- what ever the judgement SC gives will be final. But will it also mean that the SC will not entertain any more PILs on this issue . i think then only we can rest in peace... what ever the judgement

Sudripto, whatever SC decides now cannot be challenged. It will be final. 

Who's done what?

Govt. 25% EWS : Ah lets us bat for the poor. But hang on who is taking the benefit. In most cases it seems well off people with fake EWS certificates. Result Less number of seats for tax paying open category, whereas fraudsters make merry.

LG 5 Points IST, Alumni: So what if you have lived in Delhi for all your life and contributed to its development by paying 100 types of taxes. When it comes to admission you can go to hell, we will give preference to person who moved here yesterday. And well it is your fault if you didn't go to a fancy school yourself, so that your kid will get admission under Alumni qouta. Even fewer seats left. Sorry 70 pointers.

AAP 8km: we don't think enough misery has been already done? Let whole of Delhi apply for whole of Delhi. We will ensure mango people are doing andholan and dharna for next 4 months and may be use services of our colleagues in SC. Let us create 70 point anarchy.

Courts (Judge): Well, well well. How on earth can I not have a say. I will make you pay for coming to me for justice. I will take decisions based on what color shirt I am wearing on a particular day. We will not look into the problem holistically and issue half baked orders like EMIs.

DOE: We are a bunch of brainless folks. Our only job is to cut, copy paste and issue a notification. We will not apply our mind. We have no data, no details, no will, no concern. And wait a moment we even don't even have a CM at the moment. We are confused, on last count Delhi has been ruled by 3 people in last 4 months.

Parents: No matter what we want admission in so called TOP schools, even if my 4 yr old kid has to spend two hours in Delhi traffic. And we will file PILs after PILs like we own the courts. And some of us will be selfish to the core. We will like to keep the seat we got at any cost.

Schools: Well you may have scrapped the management qouta you cant scrap the management. We will find our ways to earn money. We will shortsell seats, advertise less seats, convert some ESW seats to mgmt qouta. And importantly
while one section of parents fight with other we will secretly increase fees and levy all kinds of stupid charges. (Reference to just some of the schools not all)

This whole damn thing needs to be set right. But by whom? I think the start has to be made by DOE. It can't just act as a postman.

@Sachin - If IST is restored without increasing seats then the Alumni will be effected first. Do you think they will take it lightly? If there is afresh draw then the few 70 pointers who got admitted will be the most affected. There is no guarantee that they will be selected again. The 70 pointers will again file something in SC and so on. Stalemate and total chaos.
