Had the DOE acted wisely by taking time and identified the genuine IST cases I guess the session would have started by now. They acted in a haste and messed up everything. In fact the setting up of Guidelines was also done in a haste.

Actually Mr saurabhs child got selected in Tagore international and sanskriti, but they lost their seat in tagore intr after removal of IST whereas they were more interested in Tagore rather that sanskriti thats why all this battle for tagore seat

@Sachin - That is very difficult to stop unless there is a centralised system. Schools management quota have been taken away. So they will be more keen on back door entry.

But in all this mess and confusion unscruplous schools would have managed some back door entries. It is very easy under the present system which is very opaque.
