I think Hon'ble HC will not give any decision as matter is now in Hon'ble SC

Those who have secured seats by their luck in draw of lots should worry now ... IST ppl will again cry foul and demand to re-instantiate their 5 points back but it is not possible now bcoz many schools have given admissions to alumini when IST points were removed ... so IST will again demand for redraw to treat them equal
Ideally, DOE should have not removed IST ... but now that they did and other complexities also exist ... just pray and try to be with your type of people ...
get ready for few more appeals and by that time, your child will be eligible from nursery to KG :-)
My daughter secured seat in 1st fair draw of lots and if you are like me, let me know what you think ? what you would like us to do (wait n watch or file another appeal to challenge IST cases)

Though i am not a legal expert
One interpretation of the sc order can be that the stay is on the admission process TILL THE 16th april i.e. The time WHEN THE HC Gives Some diections about Waitlist and Transfer Cases.
Can any lawer parent throw some light
