How can we say  the schools who have already started the sessions are having contempt of Court. And if this is the case what about schools like Presidium

with my limited knowledge of legal process, chances are bright that HC may not give any decision at all tomorrow but rather dismiss the matter and ask the petitioner to go to SC, since its already pending preview under the apex court.

Sakshi, what about rsjms, they have not notified any change on thier website. do they fall under DOE or otherwise...

Can we expect something tomorrow after HC verdict...

@ Sakshi : Some schools in dwarka are continuing with the old DOE notification which stated classes can begin from 15th April. Schools like sachdeva global, Delhi Int etc have already started classes. Are they not under the SC rule??? Where as I got a call from the school where my son is admitted that they are not starting the session from 15th.
