1. Strict scrutiny of Tfr cases to ensure only genuine candidates can get the additional 5 points. This was very clear with DPS verification that only few IST were genuine and would have got confirmed seats. From next year onwards, relook at the criteria and formulate new guidelines.

OR

2. Allow 2-3 days for filling forms (with changing guidelines, if anyone wanted to apply to more schools). Already filled forms valid . Fresh redraws on all seats for 70 pointers. This would have given level playing field to everyone.

Comment by Rahul uppal on April 12, 2014 at 6:29pm: A very interesting incident -- On 9th EWS admissions were happening in one school and I saw few ladies carrying and using Apple ipads and laptops while they wore waiting for their turn, And yes dont think they were from SC/ST as they were from a particular community where SC/ST not applicable
