@anurag Jain....no sir even ews r mostly fraud ..they live in big bungalow,come with luxurious cars and asking for 25% reservation.. But court has denied to do anything against them but yes we will definitely fight against them but if one is wrong doesn't mean that get a right to do wrong also...one wrong did never give right others to take advantage ....

We all are in the mess and confusion, but there is many things going wrong as:-

1) EWS : Why EWS IN THE SCHOOLS? YOU HAVE KENDRIYA VIDHAKYA.

               Why rich people get admission through EWS and no checking is done by govt.

               Why no RTI FOR EWS QUOTA AND MAKING THE LIST PUBLIC SO THAT ANYONE CAN CHECK IT.

2) Alumni : why alumni being challenged? the bonding between schools and their child is huge. the parent who pass 14 years of his life in a school . why cann't he be given extra point?

I applied for my son in 16 schools at south-Delhi but his name did not appear in any of the schools list not even in waiting list, most of the school have said that their seats are full and they will not be announcing any second/waiting list, will he loose 1 important year in the first step of his life?, what is this happening this means those youngsters who are the first born child of their parents or their parents have studied from somewhere else don’t have the right to study. Why is their 100% reservation for alumni or siblings etc.. what will happen to other students? WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO CHILD WHO HAVE SCORED JUST 70 POINTS..???

@Prashant

Some people are spoilt for choices and privileges and they get agitated when they dont get these. Whereas for others it is a matter of basic need.

IMHO, that is the crux of this entire saga over here.

how a person driving an Audi/Honda city can be in ews category?

@ Gagan - Sir, Its a pity that I had to write this, usually i refrain from any kinda attack on an individual but herein, Something was being thrust upon us by a not so level headed person. Why to get into a line of argument which categorizes Civilians and Armed Personnel. People from both the walks are respected citizens of the Nation.

"Abusive Ad Hominem" -- Argumentum ad Hominem had to be used...."My point might be bad, but yours is worse."

@richa - one question only - we have been blaming IST cases ? but nobody ask or questions EWS admissions why ? are all EWS admission are genuine ?

ND for armed forces...u guys r already availing the best schools, army school, central school, even in many ways u guys r availing much more facility than a non civilian indian...i respect armed forces...in my family lot of people r in army nd navy but again, genuine demand is always genuine but asking for wrong privilege is everytime wrong...no matter in which profession u r...we non civilian don't fight on border but we fight for our city...we contribute in this city GDP...we pay taxes here and never asked for any extra privilege or oppose ur privilege because that all r genuine but not this time...this is completely wrong demand .

@gagan, i m agree with Prashant sobti...may be its a little harsh but it is a truth...we delhities r not telling that they don't have right to get admission in nursery in Delhi for their child...we delhities just want to tell that plz come in queue like us and don't take misadvantage...we r treating those IST cases like us 70 pointers...come as a general candidate and u will be given every right that u needed....but why r u asking for preference.......yeh if u would come in mid session ur demands would be genuine but in the starting of session it is complete injustice to the citizens of delhi

what was Mr. Jung thinking when he introduced the IST? May be some of his relatives were hopefuls. I pay my road tax, property tax, vat, tool tax, and 100 other taxes to Govt of Delhi for last so many years and when it comes to getting admission I get edged out by someone who moved in yesterday. Bizarre!

I can imagine having a couple of seats for transfer cases in higher classes or mid-session, but for Nursery you are starting at 0 and you should compete with everyone else on level playing field.
