@ABCD in 100% agreement with you.... these IST PILers are top bureaucrats... or some elite guys who have some extra bucks to waste on PILs and nothing else and only these morons are putting admission process on hold.....

Shruti - one of the reasons for hope for 70 pointers was the fact that IST had been removed. In case of a ruling in their favor, they will take away the bulk of "good" seats on the 16th. Also I am really surprise that these petitioners are sitting pretty with seats in the best of schools. Actually I am so frustrated that I believe exposing their and their children's name may be a good idea.

Wow with a seat in Sanskriti what is the fuss all about and all the transfer cases are making it sound like HC did a major injustice by keeping them out whereas all he did was first Llbthose who had admissions once transfer was scrapped take admissions and on 16th I will again look at the transfer cases. I am sure that had they been patient HC was asking everyone to choose one seat so that all these case could be adjusted. But no they want to rule the process and all genuine Delhi parents and kids have grossly erred with them
So they went to SC to teach everyone a lesson. What a pity that they could not see that HC was also trying to help them.
There fight is that their seats have been taken by alumni and 70 pointers so what is wrong with that, what was the justification when a select few names were appearing in every list due to transfer points when majority was all fake. When their future was over protected with seats in all schools transfer pointers were very happy and now when Hc is trying to help them they want to go to SC because no kid shld go to school till their kids go to school.

@seema. Thanks for the info - That's Exactly what I meant by the "We Own The World Attitude". And the diabetic self-victimisation is boundless, unending, a bottomless pit.
Anybody to shed light on whether Major Saurabh Charan, who has held the entire parent community to ransom with his multiple court cases, also got as many schools as he applied to? I'm sure he did

@ Mrs Charan, Now which school do you want? you have confirmed admission in Sanskriti( the name is on the site for all to see) . since you were so concerned about the future of your child, can we please ask you to stop this now?

@Mrs Charan

On second thoughts- how many more schools does the defence personnel need in Delhi- you have APS, Air force bal bharti, kendriya vidhyalayas, and now you all have entered the sanskriti school. its is proven that continuity of school systems and teaching methods is very important and that is why APS or air force bal bharti will serve you better- you will get a red carpet welcome as the custodian of nation( since you are the first citizen of the nation- being in the forces)which we are not able to give you

You're Absolutely right Nanditya, I'm an Army kid myself, and we did always behave as if the world is at our mercy and every time we came in or moved out, civilians should just bow down and make way!
Now a mother of two, on the other side of the great divide, I see the universe very differently, and am willing to argue against IST..
But it only serves to prove that justice lies in the eyes of the beholder! We all think differently, with equally valid arguments, for completely contrasting faiths.. Isn't it a wonder!

 Mrs. Charan, we all heard you lound and clear. at this juncture its irrelevant whether you serve the country more than other or not. please do not take this line of argument for nursery admissions. the important point here is - is iST point justifiable in nursery admission- where every one is starting from zero- IST is needed when the  2 years transfer is done in midsession so that studies of children are not affected and for higher classes which demand continuity and break is inimical to the education of child. Yes, your child has the right to study in 'civil schools'( though we might not have the same rights in APS) but so do other children- you cannot ride roughshod over the future of children for two or three cases
